This looks good! Wish there would be a Need for Speed 3D game for the 3DS though! Love that game!
Hi Monique! I am not sure wether to get Asphalt or Ridge Racer as my first 3DS game, what do you think?
get the asphalt 3d it is sooooooooooo cool! the graphics look sooooooooooo REAL!
Hi Duncan! I think you should go for Asphalt 3D! Ridge Racer (according to reviews) is a well known franchise but it’s more of an “arcade” racing game. Asphalt 3D also have a lot more luxury cars in its library. Hope that helps you out :)
Will do! Its just a pity you cannot play it online. You will have to send me your friend code, will we be able to send each other ghost data? What games are you getting?
Hi guys..
Ridge racer is basically the same as it’s always been.. Same old cars, same oldntracks.
Not really any new features.
Asphault on the other hand has over 40 licensed cars and a lot better visuals for the 3D..
Definitely asphault is the one to go for
:-)
OK, So I bought nearly every game that came out on 3DS release day, and none of them really made a huge impression to keep playing other than to drive by to see the 3D engine at work.
I heard about the bad reviews about Asphalt 3D, so I waited to get it until last night. So far it is the only game that I actually kept playing for more than an hour. I was up for a few hours during the night to wake up and play again- So now I am a few hours into the game, and although it can look a bit sloppy at times, it is actually fun. Don’t believe all the negative reviews- This is an awesome looking game when the framerate is up, and this game is addictively fun. I also have Ridge Racer, which is a bit more polished, but this is just plain fun to play reminicent of the Burnout series.
Ok. Is the Asphalt Gameplay different from it is on the iPod and Android phone versions? Are there new stages? I mean, I don’t wanna buy this and it’s the exact same as it is on the iPod. That’ll piss me off. BTW, I got the iPod version for about $10, so it’s a pretty high tech game and not some cheap .99 cent one.
I need to look at some ACTUAL game play video.
i have it too add me : 3437-3592-5313
