Madden NFL Football, already well known franchise from EA Sports, is coming to the Nintendo 3DS to harness its 3D powers. This sports simulation game puts you in the center of the action with traditional 11-on-11 games or fast paced and high scoring 5-on-5 games. The graphics for Madden NFL Football 3DS is impressive considering this is a game for a handheld. It even looks closely similar to that of the Wii.
One of the biggest improvements in this version is the “Gameflow” feature where the AI system automatically selects your next best play for the current situation based on authentic and real life NFL team gameplans. You still have the option to use Arcade playcall if you want more control over plays of your teams or go with Classic to really experience authentic plays from your favorite teams.
Harnessing the power of the Nintendo 3DS, there is a feature called Spotlight where on special occasions where a critical play occurred, it switches to slow-motion and close-up views of the players involved. It mimics the Madden bullet-time effect in most replays and certainly takes advantage of the 3D effects popping out the players during this spotlight.
